Mari Momozaki (b. 1991, Japan) is a Japanese contemporary artist whose practice centers on memory, absence, and the physical traces of emotion. She has held two solo exhibitions in Japan and participated in group exhibitions in Tokyo and Los Angeles. Her work was featured in Visual Art Journal Issue 47, and her artist book is archived at Sticky Institute in Australia. In addition, her visual design was adopted and commercialized by the Japanese brand CALMIA. Based in Japan, Momozaki continues to explore the invisible remnants of what once certainly existed through painting and mixed media.
